Phil graduated from Washington State University in Pullman Washington with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science. Phil later graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Masters degree in Business Administration.
By the mid 1990s Phil was heavily involved in helping key companies in the industry understand the significant changes in business models implied by Free and Open Source Software. He was also involved in several projects related to distributed graphical user interface programming systems.
In late 1997 Phil began an in depth study of the time references found in the Bible. This lead to a rediscovery of the Bible's clock and calendar. It also lead to the unraveling of several other key riddles related to the Bible and modern prophetic replays of the Bible's core chronology. By 2004 the project had morphed into a cluster of projects all related to the Bible and heavily dependent on custom software.
